We have a new super cute block in the Fat Quarter Shop Halloween sew along! We are on the Spooky and Sweet Sew Along Week 2 – these are the Spirit and Spooky Star Blocks!
Aren’t these fun star blocks? I love them so much! The large block is so colorful and fun and I love the way the white space really makes the center stand out. These are part of the free Spooky and Sweet Sew along from Fat Quarter Shop – a fabulous Halloween quilt! Last week we had the first block of the quilt – a darling Ghost Witch quilt block.
I’m using my Dainty Daisy fabrics for this quilt with a combination of gray flowers on cream, gray, and orange for Halloween colors. I’m also adding in some jade, stargazer, and jazzberry to add fun pops of colors to the quilt. I like adding different colors to Halloween quilts – it makes them so different!
